Return & Refund Policy

At shyf.in, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety. Since we sell beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns once products are delivered.

1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products:

  • Returns are not accepted after delivery
  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned
  • Products purchased during offers or sales are non-returnable

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Missing item in the package

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photos.

3. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
